Precision Tune Up
Only $179
This service addresses the Air Conditioning system in general, focusing on the outdoor unit where we disassemble and thoroughly clean the coil using cleaners. Once unit is all clean, we then test all electrical devices for tolerances and functionality, and finally we test system operation and report back to you with any concerns or trouble areas that we find if any. We also service the drain line and check for proper assembly. This is a great service to do prior to the summer hitting!
Evaporator Coil Cleaning
Starts at $750
A clean evaporator coil is single handedly the most important thing to overall system performance, efficiency, and longevity. A dirty coil can cause damage to the compressor over time and will dramatically reduce the systems ability to transfer heat. A reduction in system capacity (tonnage) and an increased run time (higher utility costs) are also big side effects. If your System is within 20 years old, we are happy to provide this service. Systems older than that are more fragile and usually not recommend for a cleaning
Complete System Cleaning
Starts at $950
This service addresses all major components of the system, to include the outdoor unit precision tune up, evaporator coil cleaning, and we also treat and service the drain line and also remove and clean the blower assembly. This service will restore the system back to its original condition allowing its peak performance. If your system has not been through a maintenance service routinely, or not at all, this is more than likely what you may need.
