My elderly mother’s AC stopped working on a Friday evening. I called/emailed several places to try and get someone out. The Coolest Air were the only ones to respond and did so within the hour. They had someone at her house first thing Saturday morning. Cliff was wonderful and fixed the issue without even charging her. I can not say enough good things about the experience we had with them. We will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend anyone needing an AC company use them. THANK YOU THE COOLEST AIR!!!!

Inside blower motor started making a terrible noise and wouldn’t always engage. Called them up and they had someone out the same day. Alex showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. Called Cliff the next morning to let him know I wanted to add on the annual service contract and not only was he professional and pleasant, but he let me know they had the new blower motor and that I should be back up by the end of the day. Alex showed back up, quickly replaced the part, documented everything, and made sure everything else looked ok. Awesome service once again. Only company I’ll ever call for HVAC.

Cliff is a very professional and friendly individual to work with. He and his team helped replace our entire HVAC system and upgraded our insulation in the attic with sturdier ducts and other materials. He provided fast, reliable service and the result made a big difference in our home during the winter and summer time. Transparent, honest, and knowledgeable. Not only can they assist with complicated jobs, they take extra pride in the small details, and in taking care of their clientele from start to finish. Called for my mother’s a/c issue, they helped her on the phone to get cold air through the night late on a Saturday evening. They came promptly the next day for a service call, explained what happened due to a power brown out, checked the unit and all components all was good. When you need an A/C Company that you can depend on and get the job done right the first time. You can’t find a better company than Coolest Air in Copperas Cove. Thanks to the amazing people who work for this company my A/C system is back to working the way it should. My appointment time was at 6 am and the technicians were here about 5 to 10 minutes ahead of time. I was having a cup of coffee on the front porch waiting for them. Cliff and I spoke about what was on the high priority medium priority and low priority. I took care of the High and Medium priority being on a fixed income and he said we could do the low priority at a later date. That’s the way a good business person should handle his customers. I found a company I can trust with all my A/C needs.

Purchased a new HVAC system with The Coolest Air & had a great experience. When my thermostat had a wiring issue a year or so later, Daniel came out and got my system back up & running the same afternoon that I called in. From the initial phone call to the service repair, it’s always a great experience. Super polite, professional and definitely cares about their customers!

The upgrade was very reasonably priced, and I didn’t even have to barter. Financing was easy, the warranty is great.

Cliff does a great job with communicating, following through, and planning out custom jobs. He also works with the customer’s schedule, not like a lot of other companies that won’t even schedule a visit past 5 pm. I can’t recommend it enough.

The Coolest Air is beyond great. I have used them for service for several years and Cliff and his team always responded to my needs in a timely manner. I recently had one of my units replaced and I cannot express how well Daniel and the crew did. The installation took all day and they continued into the night until it was done and done right.
