Inside blower motor started making a terrible noise and wouldn’t always engage. Called them up and they had someone out the same day. Alex showed up and diagnosed the issue quickly. Called Cliff the next morning to let him know I wanted to add on the annual service contract and not only was he professional and pleasant, but he let me know they had the new blower motor and that I should be back up by the end of the day. Alex showed back up, quickly replaced the part, documented everything, and made sure everything else looked ok. Awesome service once again. Only company I’ll ever call for HVAC.
